We make money when you buy — and we tell you exactly how, so a recommendation you can trust stays worth something.
The Standard Practice is a commerce-supported publication. We earn money in two ways, and we believe you deserve to see both clearly — especially in a category as noisy as wellness.
First, affiliate commissions. Many links in our articles are affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may earn a commission from the retailer at no additional cost to you. Your price does not change.
Second, sponsored placements. Some articles are produced in paid partnership with a brand, and we label those clearly at the top of the article and on the relevant links.
What no amount of money buys is our recommendation. We still vet the evidence, still test over real use, and still report the honest trade-offs. Nothing here is medical advice, and a paid partnership never turns a mediocre product into a good one on our pages.
